Norton Factory Studios is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for Studios – wonderful and newly painted semi-private studios available for lease beginning November 15th!

All studios have plentiful natural light and access to a shared kitchenette, common seating areas, a utility sink, and roll-up door. Rent includes utilities, high-speed wifi, and OFF STREET PARKING. Please note that spaces are not live/work and cannot accommodate welding or manufacturing.

Private studio available – $650.00/month.
Another private studio available – $800.00/month.
Semi-private studio available – $500.00/month.
